Our Policy:
Contact us within 24 hours if there is an issue with the services we provided. This could be from our specialist making a mistake of not providing a certain service that was requested or from providing a service with the incorrect floor finish, caulking, ect.. For carpet cleaning service give us a call if wixing (stains reappearing) occurs after the carpets have dried. We will return free of charged to try another method to remove the stains. If an odor from pets is present after carpet or upholstery cleaning service and the customer didn't request for odor removal, we can return to provide that service with a charge for that service. Please note carpet or upholstery cleaning alone will not remove pet stains and odor. This service have to be requested by the customer.
