Over the counter polishes and waxes will over time begin to peel, fade and become dull. Many customers will keep applying wax on their floors to improve the appearance. Applying wax ontop of old wax will not improve the appearance. Old wax need to be stripped off the floors before applying a professional wax. Hardwood floor cleaning alone will not improve the appearance of the floors if there is old wax on the floors.

The best solution for your hardwood floors is for our technicians to apply polyurethane onto your floors. Polyurethane provides protection to your hardwood floor investment. If there is old wax on your hardwood floors it need to be removed before applying polyurethane.

Only if they would like to change their wood stain color or missing 80% of wood stain on their floors. If you have some parts of your floor missing wood stain we can correct it. We will match your wood stain color and fill in the missing stain.
