A few weeks ago a customer stated that he and his wife never put wax on their hardwood floors. They called Command Steemers for hardwood floor cleaning. We cleaned the hardwood floors, but there was no change to the floors. We told the customers that there is something on these hardwood floors that are making the floors look dull. They told us they been living in the home for over 30 years and never put wax on the floors. We applied a stripper to the floors to remove whatever was on the floors and you could tell a difference right away.
